Congratulations to the MCDM RPG team for raising 4.6 million in their Backerkit. What a fantastic total, and a huge amount of trust put in this team. They don't even have a game yet! This is the power of getting people excited and believing in you. I can't imagine the pressure they are under, but they have the resources and talent to make something amazing happen.
In some ways, the amount of attention makes a project like this harder, but in others, it makes things easier since there is a desire for people you wouldn't expect to jump on the hype train.
I really hope they make the dream of making a 4E-style game a reality and finally fix that model and make it work. I am on board and watching, so I am excited about this one.
